I Have A 99 Cobra And Was Wanting To Port Heads And Intake,cams But Need Help Got A Budget Of $4500 Starting With Stock Engine My Goal Is 380 To 400 Rwhp

+1 he is great with port work and a 400whp 4v build is possible but if you are going N/A then be prepared to spend some cash.

I have a 99 with all bolt ons and 278 comp cams and have 381rwhp.
