When I get back from my deployment in May I have decided to trade in my 99 Cobra for an 04 Cobra. Just throwing that out there, made the decision after reading the book Iron Fist, Lead Foot.

It is a book about the creation of the 03/04 cobra. Amazing book and tells why their was no 02 cobra. Look it up on Amazon or barnes and noble.

Yes it is a good book. Too bad it won't be till May. I think I may put mine up for sale in January.

Urm, there *was* an '02 Cobra, just not in the U.S. It was a for-Australia export-only model.

Yes I know that, I was refering to the 02 cobra in the U.S. It was suppose to be a 340hp naturally aspirated version but John Coletti was so pissed off with its performance during the Western drive that he shut the program down that year, thus only having 100 export models.

Almost the same power stock (N/A to N/A, that is), cheaper to mod, better chassis/suspension.

Eh. I see so many S197s it really takes something special for one to catch my attention.

Double especially when an SN95 can look like this with nothing more than the right stance:

What are you hoping to get out of your Cobra? Would it be cheaper to just upgrade the motor and throw a blower on it?
