Lol it's kinda like a light dimmer.

I think your mpg issue might be stemming from the fact you make almost 2x what mine does. Just a guess though.

well, being a weekend driver probably has alot to do with it. i do tend to accelrate from the light a little quicker than i probably need too. i think in general i am just a little heavy on the gas, because i can never get decent milage from any of my vehicles.

Nope, it's 3 position - Off, WOT, and going-to-WOT.

Supposedly some are equipped with an analog pedal, but I've never seen one.

It's not like we bought our cars for mpg though. I just wanted to see how much I can get out of it. I love throwing it in prius' drivers faces.

Well I will for when I get a smaller pulley. Anything else you guys can think of for a small tune up to get her running the way she's supposed to again with better mpg? Tires all had good air pressure in them.

OK first off Cobras are not for saving gas. Now if you want to get great gas milage you will have to a tuner and tell him to change your part throttle mix. Second very good idead about fuel filter. Third having perfect air in tires will never give you any better gas milage unless they are of course down below 16 psi

Criket gots the idea. Go out and find gas saving prius and all the other tree huggin piece of garbage excuse for a car and get next to them at light before you do this you need an exhuast perferably 2.5inch straight pipes lol and rev it to 6,5000. Will than see owner start crying and prius will litery piss its pants.

well got the rotors, and plugs. In the process of changing the plugs. All 8 fucking plugs were burnt. I'm letting the heads cool a bit before I install the new ones, and a quick trip to get some anti seize.

I think the intent there was that Cobras usually get better mileage than GTs as they have a more efficient engine (hence why they make more power with the same displacement).

Eh, depends on how you define "perfect" and "better". Is perfect the factory spec pressure? Or is it taking readings from your tires and adjusting the pressure based on that?

Is better here meaning a full integer mpg better, or anything at all better (like .001mpg)?

Go ride a bike with the a couple pounds dropped out of the tires, then pump 'em back up to what they're supposed to be and tell me it's not easier to pedal.
