Will an Eaton M112 fit on a 5.4 with Lightning Lower Intake

I want to get rid of the adpater plates and PI intake on my 2v 5.4. The HPS intake is around $800 +/- for a 15-30 hp gain. The lighting/harley supercharger would cost around $1500 +/- for all the parts and the tune for a much bigger gain but then I'd have run it sticking out the hood. Would a Eaton M112 fit on a 5.4 with the lightning lower and fit under the stock hood or atleast a cowl hood?

the lightning blower is a m112. will the cobra blower fit, no. the bolt patterns are different. the hps intake is not $800, its just a tad over $600.

alright i was trying to figure out different intake options it seems the harley/lightning would be the most cost effective because getting a centri would still require me to buy the HPS intake
