Slp Lm2

Im thinking of getting some exhaust for the stang and LOVE the LM2's my brother has on his 05 GT. Is there any real gain of getting the full cat-back system compared to just getting the mufflers for the sound? what gains would you be seeing?

i had lm's on my gt and it sounded good, but i dont think i could ever do that to a cobra. IMO

I had flowmaster 40's on my monte carlo... I just want something that has a little more, growl. Im not trying to get this thing sounding like a drag,cammed out vette killer. Just something that has some deepness to it. My brothers car does it pretty well, but I dont know how different it would sound going from a 2v to a 4v.

I am a flowmaster fan. If I was to get away from those I would do Magnaflow or Borla. The SLP's are just too damn loud for me. Of course I am getting old. lol TURN THAT SHIT DOWN!!!!!

Ive heard the LM1's are just crazy loud... plus they make it sound like your car is going to die at any given moment! Haha

The problem is that there arnt a lot of stangs around me, and NONE that I know that are modding.

I cant listen to anyones to find something I like.... (hence why I was going to go with my brothers concept of his axel back lm2's.)

minor advantages for a full system. the LMII's arent too bad at all, not obnoxious like the LMI's. you want a deep stout sound, mac.

when i get one next to me i just down shift and scare the fuck out of them... its nice having a louder exhaust than them sometimes
