mach 1 shocks

im about to buy some aftermarket struts and shocks for my mach 1 and i have my eye on the tokico blue HP shocks. my question is i know that the mach 1's have tokico shocks from the factory so is it pointless to buy the HP shocks? are they near the same or are the HP shocks going to be better than the stockers on a lowered car? thanks

the HP's are an upgrade, the valving is a little different. they arent a night and day difference, but are a little better.

no problem. i called in on this as well. when i ordered my hp's i actually had a set of mach tokico's in the garage as well. the hp's are definatly stiffer.
