Odometer and speedometer moody.

Hi all, the other day I went to crank my car and the speedometer and odometer weren't working. When I turned it off and turned it back on they started working. The car was started after it had sat for more than a day and it has been getting very cold over here lately.. Any advice? VSS?

Check your red fuses if it stops all together.

I blew one which caused my speedo to stop working along with the odd symptom of headlights coming on when the lock button was held down. They would shut off the second you let off the button.

It was one of those red ones which were I believe 10 amp....
