Help Identify This Caliper

Does anyone know what year cobra this caliper came from? It has a US PAT # 4261444 and two other numbers, 4611693 and K247017C3. I want to say its from a 94-98. If it is how do they compare to the 03-04 cobras? Will they bolt on to a 04 GT? Thank you guys.

i would agree on it being from a 94-98, but, as far as i knew it would work on 94-04. just need the rotors as well...

LOL! for some but in this case it is the company who makes the brake calipers for the cobra, mach, bullitt, etc.

Cobra brakes will work on a GT. Unfortunately I cant see the pic at work but in order to use Cobra brakes on a GT you need the 13 inch rotors also. I did the swap and I had to get Cobra brake lines, the banjo bolts for Cobra calipers, and that was it. The stock GT line will not bolt up and the banjo bolt thread is different.

Thank you guys this is very helpful. Everything looks good so far just that I have to save up some money to buy the lines. I ended up buying some bear eridispeed rotors. Cant wait to bolt them in.

why do you need to buy lines? Are you just wanting to upgrade to stainless before you do the isntall?

that's easy stuff but yeah if you are going to upgrade a month or two later I can understand. I flush my system before any on track event and at minimum bleed all 4 corners before a trip to the drag strip.
