I know thats what I said? And the Bullitts never seeing 300hp without cams or heads is a whole differant story. I was just explaining to the OP, that the 03/04 Termis were underrated because Ford made a mistake on the 99 Cobras and had them overrated. So they had to take take them and put high flow cats on them, alittle more of an aggressive tune and the intake.

And the Bullitts were underrated for insurance purposes. They were rated at 265hp, but more like 275hp.

Call it what you want, over rated, fords f*ck up, it really does not matter. The point is, they had a problem and addressed it. When all was said and done, post recall/fix, they were no longer over rated.
