Non working fog light.
The driver side foglight doesn't work. I swapped bulbs, the ballasts (it has hid's), even cut the factory plugs off and swapped them to see if it was the plug, and still the same results.. It had blown the factory bulb before i put the hid's on it. All the fuses and relays are good. I started tracing the wires and it looks like it splits off and goes to the park lights/turn signals. Those work on both sides. I'm really confused as to what could be wrong with it (getting kinda pissed as well). Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You'll have to shoot the wires (check continuity) to see if you have an open or a short in the wires, you'll need a multimeter
