Bought some new parts for the 01

I bought a few little things for the Cobra recently. Can't wait for some nice weather to get it back out and do some installing. The car was pretty much perfect the way it sat when I got it, but I wanted to do a couple little things to make it "my own"

First, I bought a 03 gauge cluster, because I love the way the el glow back light looks.

I also bought a set of stock 03 tail lights. It has very nice tinted tail lights on it now, but I've never been a fan of tinted lights. I figured for the 30 bucks that I found these almost new stock lights for, I'd give it a try. Not sure on them yet though, the tinted ones have kinda grew on me, and they're done professionally so they look great.

I've always liked the 03 style folding mirrors over the cheap regular GT style plastic mirrors our cars have. All Cobras should have folding body painted mirrors.

And lastly, this I wasn't planning on doing, but I found a pretty good deal for it on my local Craigslist, so I drove up and picked it up. I've never liked the V6 hood that Ford stuck on the 99/01 Cobra Mustangs, but I didn't want to play the car off as a complete 03 either, so I was going to just pick up a 95 R style hood, or a small cowl, but I couldn't pass up a 200 dollar new oem Ford Cobra hood.

Primered.

And in some color. It looks a little darker than the stock 01 hood leaning against the wall. I'm really hoping it's just the lighting in the shop. I really don't want to have to blend it into the fenders.

Yep. Just say you want this cluster put in and the PATS info transferred.

Put the hood on today. It's a little darker than the car, but hopefully outside in sunlight it wont be too noticable to someone who isn't looking out for it.

I'm not too sure I want to sell them yet. I havn't even got the car out of the garage with the new stock tail lights yet, so I don't know that I like them enough to sell my tinted ones. They are in perfect condition though, and are done professionally with a spray gun, and are very glossy. I don't even know what I'd ask price wise for something like them.
