Need help with transmission fluid!& apparently this guy and his diff oil lol


Okay so where do i check the fluid level for the tranny i want to do a tune up. yea dont be harsh i only had this car for a month. Is it on the tranny itself?

Yes. Crawl underneath on the pass side of thet tranny. There is a bung you have to remove. It says "fill" next to it. Once you take it out if fluid comes out its full. But depending on the miles I'd just drain it and refill it. The drain plug is on the same side too. I fill the tranny through the shifter hole. Less messy.

with the diff the less messy way is to loosen the top bolts a little bit then the other bolts most of the way without taking them out that way you can pry the cover just a little to let the fluid come out into a drip pan. If the TF has a fill bung then just put the cover on and fill through there.

cool thanx man, ima replace tha whole cover and the new tf has a fill hole so it will make it easier, im putting back some lucas oil back in along with a bg product
