Spring isolators.
It's the piece of rubber that sits between the spring and the perch. It causes the spring to make a little less noise and adds a little more compliance to the suspension. Several companies sell aftermarket ones made of polyurethane, thought it's a common mod to remove them to lower the car slightly.
