Its been over a year since the 400hp N/A Thread, but I just realized I got a Negative Rep for my post, by not providing a link. Yes, Piston Manufacturers do make a dome piston for a 4V. All you have to do is contact you favorite custom piston manufacturer and they will tool them up for you. Here is the text from the Emails to and from JE.

Me:
Hi, I am building an 01 ford mustang cobra, and am interested in a dome
piston to bump compression to 12:1 in standard bore. Do you make a
piston like this?

JE:
We do not have a shelf piston, we can build custom parts taking 3-4
weeks and cost is about $1100.

So if you wish to go beyond the Bolt on to reach 400hp, you can get dome, or you can go blow yourself.
