Front license plate holder.

Stupid ?, but here it goes. Does anyone live in a state where they make you put on a front license plate? I live in ny and it's almost time to bring out the cobra which was previously a PA car and did not have a front plate on it. My concern is that I rather not drill holes in the front bumper just to put a stupid license plate on it. Is there something made so that I could put a front license plate on my car without drilling holes in the bumper?

I live in one of those states, but I don't give a fuck I'm not putting a front plate on my car.

They make a no drill front plate bracket. Holes in the bumper arnt what bother me, the uglyness of the plate itself is what bothers me.
