she is getting heart surgery

Some of you may know that recently Ive been having an issue with my car. She had about 11k miles on here since she was completely rebuilt and started to puke oil out of the intake. Well, after it went from a few drops to large amounts I decided to get it checked out. Went to Cmy4D's house to get a compression check and leak down done and there was bad news, #'s 6 & 7 cylinders were low on the compression (read 20 psi on both) then the leak down just confirmed it, either shot rings or cracked/fractured ringland. So now she is going under the knife yet again. The thing that sucks about all this is that I have been doing things in the cold and have been feeling under the weather. I really wanted to get her heart pulled out so I kept at it. Soon after I got her out I started feeling sicker and went to the ER and it turned out that I now have pneumonia, my temp spiked to 104 so now I have to take it easy but at least I have it done

last time I had to pull her out I went through the bottom with a lift at the hobby shop on base this time was out the top on jackstands. I was kind of skeptical, thinking that it was going to be a pain and I will have to say it was far easier then what I originally thought and read.

Im sorry man its sad seeing her like that knowing she aint driveable right now but youll have some pics of her with her heart pounding in no time hopefully

thanks bro. Yeah, it might not be an overnight thing but definetly wont take a couple of months. Just got to get better and wait on this tax return to come in

yeah, I was at a point where I was just gonna have someone pull it and rebuild it cause i was lazy but my wife and I are trying to go on vacation soon so need to save some money for it so ill be doing all the work, minus the machining. She never had boost, only spray and I think that maybe sometime during that time I was using it w/o really monitoring my A/F something happened. Not detination or anything but something defintely happened.

Thanks, its all good bro, it actually took less time than what I originally thought. You would have been surprised as to how easy and fast it went.

yeah, im starting to feel a little better. Ill let you know, it pretty much all just tear down from here on out and I may be working on Rob's issue this weekend as well.
