3.4 Fuck the Mother Fuckin world too bad the Kenne Bell 3.6 is only for the Shelbys which is bullshit and they are missing out on the huge 03 04 Cobra market.

The 3.4 is a bad ass blower, but the 2.3 is no slouch. One of my close friends hit a 10.24 @ 139 with a soft 1.61 60 ft In his old 04 Cobra. The 3.4 will find the limitations of the stock Cobra motor fairly quickly too. There have been quite a few crank failures related to running the big whipple along with a interchangable lower pulley.
If he does do go 3.4, it would be wise to keep the stock lower pulley set up with the support cage.

gonna do a polished 2.3. i have ridden in a 2.3 car, and it was no slouch. i think it will be a rather nice gain over the eaton. gonna be a little while, but its in the process. and yes, the polished eaton will go up for sale before the whipple is purchased.

and no, every lightning i have seen with an aftermarket blower has been through 1 bottom end atleast. and with the truck being my daily driver, its gonna remain the way it is. its dependable, and still no slouch.

If you aren't planning to run 22+ psi then 3.4 is a waste of extra $$. 2.3 gen 2 is plenty for most street/ strip applications.

You wont be dissapointed. If you feel the need for more power, run a switch chip and have two tunes. Street tune @ 18, and a race tune with some good stuff in the tank ant 22-23psi!

Its not going to perform very well with N/A 4.6 with only 8.5:1 compression

Although I thought about building a nasty high comp big bore modular for my 03. But decided an F1c ProChargerwould be a better choice
