Small Coolant leak Overnight

Hey guys. I have a problem and its getting to the point where i think ill never be able to get it right. When i go out to my car in the morning i find a small puddle of coolant under my car on the front driver's side near the oil filter adapter. It only does this when it has been sitting overnight and not when the car is running. I've replaced the O-rings in the housing as well as the gasket b/w that and the block. I've also done the thermostat too but still leaking. Anyone know whats going on here. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

small coolant puddles on the pass side mean heater core but idk bout the driver side, Ill dig around and see what I find...

check your oil cooler for any leaks and cracks. More than likely that is the culprit
