catted x-pipe
I'm looking at getting an x-pipe for my mach 1 and am looking at the Bassani and SLP catted Xs. I was leaning towards the slp catted x just because it's about 100 dollars cheaper, but if it doesn't fit well or sits low and scrapes or sounds shitty, I'd rather spend the extra money for the Bassani. Will I be fine with the SLP or should I just go ahead and get the Bassani? Will they both be pretty similar in sound? I want my car a little louder, but not obnoxiously headache giving loud.

Do a search. Several Bassani owners were very unhappy when their cats disintegrated. I don't know if they've fixed the problem but, apparently, the company would do nothing about these problems. And, you can see, from the money they paid, they were not happy with the company's response.
