Getting Lowering Springs

I was looking at the ford racing C springs on Ford Racing Mustang C-Springs (79-04) at AmericanMuscle.com - Free Shipping!

thoughts/opinions? also some of the other springs say for gt verts.. i have a 97 cobra vert, should i be looking for a different type of spring since i do have a vert?

im not looking for anything lower then 1.5" supposedly anything lower will for sure need new caster camber plates.. and id rather save my money for a supercharger..

hell while im asking questions... does anyone know what size spring compressor i will need? i know when i went to autozone i grabbed the wrong one and it made an easy install take forever..

Thanks for the help!

Hello, Road Magnet makes some of the best springs ever. They created the springs for Team lexus and some F1 racing teams. I am sponsored by them and also good friends with the owner of the company, I know he checks every set of springs sold and since you have a convertible like me they will adjust the rear springs for the 300lb weight difference unlike most companies. Check out the website at Road Magnet and pm me if you would like a killer deal on them.

If I remember right those a some stiff springs.

If you go to the track I was told to look into Ford B springs.

I only have experience with Eibach pro kit springs. I usually run Tokico blues with them. I have been very happy with that combo. They always have a nice stance no matter what I put them on.
