thermostat difference?

is there a difference besides looks on the thermostat from the 03/04 cobras and the rest of the 4v family? There seems to be a pretty significant price difference, but nothing really in the design.

these are the two im looking at, and you can obviously see the price difference.

(states 94-04)

96-04 MUSTANG COBRA/MACH 1 4.6 32V THERMOSTAT HOUSING : eBay Motors (item 290428420411 end time Apr-30-10 19:27:33 PDT)

(03/04)
2003/2004 Mustang Cobra Thermostat Housing Eaton : eBay Motors (item 160428102241 end time Apr-29-10 18:55:14 PDT)

and obviously the tubing isnt gonna make that big of a price difference.

I just checked the Ford parts catalog and I can tell ya that the Mach 1 and Cobra thermostat are the same part number: 2C5Z-8575-AA

HA...parts that have anything to do with the termi are always wayy overpriced. What a scam
