Not necessarily. It's not like a centri, if these are slipping and just causing constant boost loss you wouldn't notice it.

constant boost loss will be loss or power/flat line in the power curve. you should notice that i would think

Check the EGR valve, it may be stuck open causing you to lose boost throughout your power curve.

Yes weather plays a good part on what kind of boost you make. stock is like 9-10 psi sometimes 11, so your right where you should be.

lol did you guys read the thread?

The boost gauge was not reading right and the car is not stock.

If the belt is too tight, that can cause it to stretch and become worse of a problem leading to belt failure down the road. I'm making about 12-12.5 pounds on the 2.93 depending on OAT.
