Wiring Harness

I picked up a new wiring harness for my motor because the one currently on the car is trash. The car runs ok except for at 1900-2000 RPMs and the car bucks but not all the time. It throws a P0320 code which usually means there is a bad crankshaft positioning sensor. I replaced the sensor but the problem remains. I took it to my tuner and he checked it over and said it's not the tune. He told me it's probably bad wiring which leads to now.

My question is... There are two different harnesses. The smaller harness goes to what appears to be the O2 sensors and everything underneath the car. Is the big harness only on top? The reason I ask is it's pretty hard for me to get under the car because I don't have a huge jack.

hmm well theres an engine harness.. if you have a TR3650 I think** both green O2 plugs are on that...
