I fixed my idle/low rpm studders with no O2's its still rich though.. went on a ford computer and it said injector 8 wasnt running right, so we cleaned it but i need a new intake gasket coming tuesday to re-assemble.. will update then.

Yes, you should have it retuned for imrc delete.
You should be running quite a bit more timing down low without the imrc's. Also the fuel maps are different. Atleast this is true for the 01-04 3.8, 4.2l mustang.
