chance to buy a cammer t50 for $10,000

I have a chance to buy a cammer t-50 for 10 grand 2000 miles, ive read about the t-50 and r-50, does anyone know anything about the t-50 or have personal experience with this engine

What do you wanna know? Or I should ask what do you already know and I can fill in the gaps. The t-50 is the cheapest/lowest power "cammer" FRPP built. It's a 415+ motor horse engine with FR500 cams, custom heads, custom magnesium intake manifold, sleeved production aluminum to reach 305 cubes, 11:1 compression. The motor is meant for racing and is built as such. It's a damn nice motor IMO, and since they cost around 14k new I'd say 10k isn't too bad if it's in good shape. It really depends on what you intend to do with the car and even what kind of car you have, to decide whether it's a good buy for you or not.

i plane to put it in a 88 mustang conv and rule the streets my friend said the intake runners dont work but that he got good power tuning it with them deleted is that a problem thanks for any advice
