having probs. i have one side not firing. i also have 35w 5000k fogs too. i only used the supplied harness that fires the hi/lo. it works when it wants to. not sure if i need to add the extra wiring harness to the hi/lo to solve this. i have 55w in my r6 w/ no prob. so i exchanged the ballests( i went to public schools, i can't spell) and still have the same prob. But, my bike has no prob w/ two 55w hids. the fog lights have no problems, just the head lights. I'm chasing my tail and pissed

the 9007 hi/low kit has to use the harness supplied in the kit. if one side is not firing, try swapping ballast to see if it fires then. If it fires, u most likely have a bad ballast. If it still does not fire, but the other side does fire even with the swapped ballast, you most likely have a bad bulb. try this and lmk what you find out.

Also, make sure that when the bulb is going in and out when you hit your hi beam switch the bulb isn't getting stuck half way thru

so far it turns out if i turn the head lights on before the fogs i have no prob. but i think i'm going to buy the extra harness

yeah i know but i think when the hids for the fogs are powering up it drawing too much energy to fire the headlight hids at the same time

I have had hell with mine. first set popped the fuse and wouldnt fire right. Got a new harness from them now. while the car had no headlights in........the battery never ran down. now with the new wiring harness (that works this time) the battery drains down in a day or two. I gave up on it and will just buy a battery tender or come up with some way to quick disconnect the harness from the battery.
