lowering springs

sorry for all the questions guys. ok so last night i put on some springs from MaxSpeed, and well they didn't really lower it too much like Dugan Racing said they would. I bought these for my 02 GT about 4 years ago and never put them on so they sat in my garage till i got my 03 Mach 1. So my question is if anyone has ever used these and if they might sag a bit more after some time?

Your Mach sits lower from the factory than your GT did that's why it didn't lower it as much as they said it would for a GT.

yeah i know that, like .5" lower from the factory. do you think they might sag a bit over time, like from fully seating?

Maybe, my FRPP C-springs sagged a little but not much, I removed the isolators as well though.

i would do that but i don't want to risk having any noise cause of that. they ride a bit smoother than the stocks, but didn't lower it as much as i want. oh well, after having them for so long they are pretty much free springs at this point

it usually takes about a month for new springs to fully settle but it will only be 1/4'' lower at most

You should try some Eibach Sportline springs they will give you the
drop you are looking for.I have the Eibach Sportline springs on my
mustang and I really like them. They gave me the drop I wanted and
my mustang handles excellent.
so far i do like the max speed springs. they handle nicely and i actually like the small amount it dropped it. i didn't want to go too extreme. I still don't have speed bump issues, but it looks better than factory
