96 Cobra vs 06 A4 2.0 T
Have a local guy who wants to take it to the strip. He has a 06 audi a4 2.0t with triptronic tranny. Guy has a catless midpipe, ecm reflash and new exhaust. He says hes pushing around 270 hp and 250 tq.. And that on 103 (or 101) octane he can push 325 hp and 350 tq. What do you guys think? Think I can take him with a short throw, catback and maybe some gears?

automatics kill those cars, prob closer to 250 if hes lucky, they are a pig out of the hole with an auto, even if its a quatro car

First off I cant believe your even asking bro that shit is parked az fuck and he is smoking serious crack if he thinks he is pushing 70hp out of a 101 or even 103 its not fukin 110 and even it was he still would not be able to push that on the bolt ons he has.
Yes the tiptronic systems are garbage on those carsand they weigh 3750lbs with a driver. Race him $500 and if you loose you need to buy your self civic. You should have no problems beating him by at least 2 cars.
