00 GT to 03 Cobra engine harness

Going to attempt to make my gt harness work with the 03 cobra motor and just curious is there was a diagram or writeup on what all was different and what needed to be done to make it work. I know it has been done before, just cant find a good enough resource to tackle it yet.

well seeming as you did all the hard work on my 00 GT to 98 4v harness it should be too bad for you.. aside from super charger harness stuff its COP extensions then splicing on 04 cobra harness plugs onto the GT one.. ie. alternator/crank sensor/FPS/etc.

yea i got all that stuff figured out, there is just some specific 03 cobra stuff that i cant remember thats a little complicated. one has something to do with the IAT2 sensor i believe
