mustang dyno ftw... you can even do 1/4 mile runs and top speed runs on them. they are harder to find tho.. but yeah those readings seem good. im more impressed for some reason when i hear power numbers from a mustang dyno.

Dyno numbers dont really matter. Dynos should only be used to measure improvments in tuning, not to see how much power you make.

Also that 40* diff could of made that 50hp loss... 120 is HOT

he tuned it at triangle speed shop?

they have the most un accurate dyno in the world lol....and your numbers are low even to say it was a mustang dyno and you have cams...think it was more thhe heat..

haha "fair n height" = Fahrenheit
They type of dyno doesn't really matter. DJ's will read higher than mustang dynos. Datalog the timing at WOT and compare the curves from both tunes. Then go switch the tunes while on the same dyno on the same day to see if there is any real difference.

Oh brother, this is not a direct comparision. Its just interesting information that I decided to share.

Running the tunes at the track is a reflection of the tuner more than the dyno. I know this but im still interested to see if 498 hp on a dynojet will run the same time as 441 on a mustang dyno.
