True value for a termi
Okay, so the termi is one car that I've always loved and would love to have. I was considering a mach or termi but think I will keep my GT until I find a good deal on a 03/04 Cobra. The question is... how much should you pay really?? you cant go off KBB because they dont take the 'rare' factor into how much they are worth... But if you look around you can find a termi with 16k miles for 18-29k and before you know it you find one with 90k miles for 20k!!!!!! How much is too much and whats a good deal with mileage considered on a termi???

i would expect to pay mid to high 20's for a low milage, extremely clean one. for one with 50+ K miles, and a little beat up, i would think the 17-20k is fair.

very true. color does alter value. mystichrome cars will always bring more. they are normally super low milage and extremely clean cars. but as drazga97 said, they are not a DD car.

I actually found a mystichrome for 20k with about 20k miles on it and I was amazed! Ibelieve it was on auto trader. I noticed silver and black were pretty low priced compared to others.

Yeah Tony, I used to be in that mindset about them (with the price ranges you said), but unfortunately they just keep dropping in value. If you keep your eye open on SVTP, you can find them for pretty good deals.

they are refering to the mystic as not being good for daily, just because its soooo much to repaint the car if you were to get your normal wear on the paint.

I dig the mystic paint. Why buy a car that you are afraid to drive? Investment? hahahaha. The termis are bad ass cars for sure. They will go down in history as one of the coolest mustangs, right next to the cobra R. I think that the price varies so much because some guys have dumped 20K+ in mods alone. Some are drag raced every weekend, and some sit in the garage of some old guy that never fishtailed around a corner. If your goal is 600+hp, then buy one that is done with a KB / whipple. If you just want to bump the boost a bit more than stock, buy one from an old guy that was not abused. <$20K is a good deal for a low mile un-molested termi.

![]() this is a mustang forum. im sure where ever else you are on you'll notice that everyone is buying up the favorite cars on that forum too. on a side note though. what other car can you get for under 20k and make 450+ rwhp with less than $400 in mods?
