Bought some goodies, seeing issues

Vehicle - 97 cobra 88k miles
Goodies- BBK long tube ceramic headers, bbx o/r x pipe, american thunder cat back, sct sf3/x3 tuner, tri x shifter, Ford racing C springs, tokico shocks front and back.

Issues- Installed the BBK LTH and X pipe about a month ago, things were a bitch but got them on. didnt notice much of a performance gain, felt like the car lost some torque but it did accelerate a little faster. what i did notice is now when i shift gears around 2800-3000 rpms right under the floor boards you feel it shake, i think this where all the tubes connect into 1 pipe. its noticable in 1st 2nd 3rd.
also the check engine light came on throwing a P1151 O2 sensor- running lean. i expected this with the new exhaust items installed.

bought the sct tuner from american muscle it came with 3 tunes supposed to be for my set up with the full exhaust. didnt notice alot of gain there either... car throw the same check engine code and now the P1000 OBD system readiness, test not complete.

the car came stock, ive seafoamed it twice now, once with 1/3 the can and once with the full thing.. i plan on changing the spark plugs soon and wiring.. not really upgrading just changing them because i dont know when it was done last.

bbk says LTH 14-22rwhp, sct says 22 avg on a stock stang.. maybe thats not a cobra.. but i was kinda hoping somewhere between 30-50 rwhp.. maybe im dreaming big

any thoughts on whats going on? i kinda feel like i dont really have a tune on the tuner.. with full exhaust and a tuner i was kinda expecting a pretty serious jump in performance.

thanks for your time.

called up AM.com bama team, sounds like with a tuner i will always throw a p1000 code. and the sensor code is a bad O2 sensor. says that if it were really running lean they normally throw 2 codes.

installed my catback system last night. it felt like it did away with a bit of the shake in the floor boards, ill need to test this out a bit more.

P1000 is a code that happens when the vehicle is tuned and the drive cycle hasn't been completed. It will go away in 50 miles or so of normal driving once all of the switches are set.

Lean/Rich codes have different numbers altogether. That code should be gone, by now. Let us know!
