New owner of a comp. orange Term.

Hi everyone,
Just joined up looking to learn about mods and chat about this great sweet new ride. About to turn 40 and I'll say this is the best present i ever bought myself.

I know there are plenty of threads with the common questions that I would ask for a first time cobra owner. So I won't ask here. If I have any questions i will certainly ask if I can't find the answers. I know people get tired of the same questions with a new person joining up.

If I may ask to ease my search. If you all can shot me some good online sites with Cobra mods and stuff would be awesome! Thx

Welcome! Can't wait to see pics. Comp Orange is one of the best looking colors ever.

svtperformance.com is the best site out there for everything Cobra. The only problem is that it is such a large site, that it is just full of d-bags. But if you can sift through the trash, there is going to be a lot of helpfull info.

This site is the best all around Mustang site though, in my opinion. We have our idiots, but everyone is pretty calm and eager to help.

What mods are done to the new Terminator?

2) At the ripe ol age of 40; I'd have figured you would have learned by now that you never post about a new car you just acquired, especially a Termi, without including pics. Shame on you.

Welcome. I've thought several times about painting my cobra Comp Orange. Used to drive a buddies around a couple years ago. Fell in love with that car, wish I had the cash when he sold it.

Sorry took so long for the pics. Mom not feeling good and had to get her some med. and take it to house and stayed for a while. I will work on better pics later. Haven't had time for a proper photo shoot just yet.

I'm the 3rd owner and she has 24k miles. Paint is in awesome shape just small amounts of chips and scratches. Perfect interior. The Mods list is a K&N CAI, MAC mufflers, adjustable clutch cable, and a shifter. I have to take off the boot to see which one. not sure of anymore unless I come across them.

I'm looking to do a pulley swap first. I guess from researching... I need a tuner.
I have some other ideas on detailing the car up a bit to set it apart but not over do it with cheap looking add-ons. Maybe I can run into other Comp. Orange owners on here and see what they did to their's to give me some ideas.

I will throw some ideas out there on some stuff and see what you all think and consider it a go or no-go idea.

i still think you might've uploaded them wrong...but i followed the url and the car look like its in great shape! I picked my car up a couple years ago with 24k miles, isnt it such a great feeling that it hasnt been driven that much?

You got a really good car there IMO, cause there's not much done to it and you can customize it to your own personal liking. Which makes it more personal and fun
