sputtering under WOT

okay so i have a 04 cobra and under WOT the car sputters pretty bad until about 1500 rpm before redline. i cant figure out for the life of me what it is. i replace the fuel filter, Fuel rail pressure sensor, spark plugs and i found a bad coil. still having the same issue after all of that. im tired of wasting money chasing this issue around. do you guys have any ideas??? please help me if you can. thanks.

When you let go of the gas, does it 'pop' a lot? have you checked the injectors? Sounds like a dirty/clogged or just bad injector.

yeah i ran injector cleaner through the car as well but that stuff really doesnt do much. im just not gonna go and through like 500 dollars down for injectors if thats not the issue ive already thrown enough money away as it is. i just wish there was a way i could locate this issue without throwing random parts at it. and no theres no pop ittl just sputter pretty bad until i let off. the car runs perfectly fine under normal driving around town. its just when u hop on the highway and punch it, it just runs like garbage and sputters.

You might have a vacuum issue or unmetered air getting in there somewhere. Also could be a pegged fuel pump. Whats your mods? Do you have a tuner? Do some datalogging.

the car just has catback, CAI, 2.81 pulley and a dyno tune with a mustang dyno at EFI logics in CT. the car has had that setup for over a year now. and ive never had an issue. it started about a little less than a week ago. and yes i have an xcal3 but i dont know what im looking at on the data logging i don't have any experience with that. i know it can be done with the tuner but like i said doing that is like un charted territory for me.

Your fuel pump could very well be going bad. When you datalog check for the FPDC (Fuel Pump Duty Cycle) and if it hits .5 its maxed. Also look at your MAF counts and if it hits 1024 its maxed.
