Depends on what your goals are with the car. What are you looking to do with it? Both are good brands, and both make great products, seems Kenne Bell is more popular with the mustang crowd. If you are looking to turbo a Termi you're lookin at some work vs just upgrading the blower.

Just to let you know rider4life, the first video is of a 2.2 KB Cobra "Blowzilla" which they do not make anymore. KB's new blowers are much quieter now.
The second video is an Eaton cobra, pullied and ported. OP, either blower from either company will fit your needs. They are all very similar. Whipple offers a 2.3L, 2.9L, and 3.4L for the Cobra. Kenne bell currently offers the 2.6, 2.8, and 2.8 w/ Mammoth inlet. Most owner will go with either the 2.3 whipple or the 2.6 kenne bell, as they both can make over 600 rwhp with the right boost levels. I personally would rather have a S/C on my Cobra. I think they are more streetable and fun for everyday driving. Turbo Cobra's are a bit more expensive to set up, and have huge power potentials. You will be able to make the same power as a twin screw with much less boost. Either way, the possibilities are endless. I would personally get a 2.3 Whipple and get it tuned for an E85 setup. Good for 650/650 all day long.

Whipple 2.3 are really good blowers But so are Kenne Bells.
The Whipple 2.3 and KB 2.6 will make almost the same power. Turbo's are more efficient but the mind shattering low end power isn't there. E85 is a great way to make power but it will cost you. You would need a fuel system that could run 800rwhp on 93 octane to run E85 at 650rwhp.

If someone that has a kb 2.2 and whipple 2.3 and you over lap the dyno sheet you can see that the whipple 2.3 power band comes on quicker.
