Imrc help!! Asap!

sorry for the caps. so i took it all apart and cleaned them. reinstalled everything, didnt end up with any extra parts or bolts. when i went to start it, it wouldnt turn over. i have a video that i am uploading that lets you hear what it sounds like when i turn the key.

my question is, whats something major that i could have messed up on when reinstalling. i had fuel pressure to the injectors (checked the little bleed off valve on the fuel rail), i labeled the spark plug wires so i knew where they went back to and i feel that they can only go one way with how they are arranged and what they can reach. now my throttle body cable feels loose but i dont know if this would effect the start up.

is there something with the imrc's themselves that i might have jacked up? when i took it all apart i just unbolted the actuator and didnt mess with anything on the inside.

i also ran the sct scan and no codes were being thrown.

im redoing it all tmr and would love to hear some theories or things to be careful when putting it back together.

thanks a ton! any ideas would be greatly appreciated

check your tps.. did you take it off and put it back on if so did you install it properly....

mine did this awhile back after sitting for a week turns out it was a bad pcm and tps.....

also try to run the car off of carb and choke cleaner into the throttle body if it cranks then it could be your tps

nope never removed the tps, sprayed a bit of carb cleaner in the TB to clean it out... dont think that would have done anything. i will try the spraying some carb cleaner in the tb and see how it goes if it gives me this problem after redoing it all.

i dont know anything about the PCM...how do you check it? im pretty sure i hooked the imrc's in the right spot... what are the chances or putting them in backwards?like the drivers side on the pass. side and vice versa.
