03/04 Mach 1 Block limit?

I found a great deal on an 04 Mach 1 longblock, everything from fuel rails to oil pan. Has knock, And I plan on building a motor this winter. So I figured this would be a great platform to start with. Steel crank, 4V heads, Aluminum etc..

So my question/s are, whats the limits on the block itself? Not the rods/pistons, the block? I was thinking like 800hp?

Also, I dont need the ECU right? Its pretty much drop in and connect right? Thanks guys

Not sure on the hp rating but im sure I read somewhere that switching from 2v to 4v requires an ECU swap as well. Hopefully someone will chime in to correct/agree with me
