I don't want to get technical on you but I will lol. The 2000 Cobra had a N/A 5.4 not the S/C 5.4 in the GT500. It shouldn't be too much work outside of putting the motor in since you already have a 4V ECM. I'm not 100% positive on that. You'll obviously need a tune when you put it in. You'll need an upgraded fuel pump if that hasn't been done already. Intercooler and all of that piping that I have no idea about.

There wasn't a regular 4.6L Cobra made in 2000. Only the 5.4L Cobra R was made that year.
