Solid Rear Finally In


So i did a straight up trade with my buddy for his SRA. (pictures later)
Built 8.8 31 Spline
-Auburn Pro Posi
-Moser 31 Spline Axles
-3.73s
-Extended Studs
-Downs Ford Girdle
-Shocks (cant remember what company)
-H&R SS Springs
-UPR Upper Adjustable Control Arms
-UPR Lower Adjustable Control Arms

I added:
-UPR Spherical Bushings (ridiculous)
-UPR Antiroll Bar (ridiculous)
-C-Clip Eliminators
-Had the axle tubes welded
-rear is painted black (minus cover)
-stock Cobra DS (different yoke)

The rear has been adjusted to my weight with my sitting in the car. I cant wait to get my ET Streets and Slicks. My buddy is also trading me his QA1 coilovers (fronts) for my H&R front springs and bilsteins. The ride isnt nearly as good as the IRS but it definitely feels alot faster and great when i dont get wheel hop. I need different springs or coilovers for the rear but other than that the car is ready. Just a set of slicks and skinnies away from the track and some 10 second passes.

Also, Stoptech 4 piston 13" front kit w slotted rotors and rear slotted rotors. Mean while I will be sending out my TF Centers to be repowdercoated and will be working on minor cosmetic issues with the car this winter.

he wanted it even before i offered him the stingers and cobra front brakes. had a few 8.8 28 spline offers from mach 1 owners.

if you want to run 1/4 mile definitely. if you only take your car a few times a year keep the IRS and get bushings.
