Is there such thing as a good set-up for staggered turbos?

Gonna build my 2003 Mach 1 eventually. For highest numbers and greatest range, what would be my best bet? Small twins, staggered, or one big one?

Also what would be the best company/set-up for a 9.1-9.5:1 compression ratio?

I know my heads are the same as the 03 Cobra, so shouldn't I be able to buy an alluminator short block and base my build off of that or will that not work?

One big one would make the power but if you do staggered you won't have to wait for the big guy to spool up or run out of power with a little one. Plus it would just be bad ass.
