Rod bolts

I just picked up an 04 cobra short block with on 3500 miles on it and I need to now what the rod bolt torque specs are. Turns out the guy I bought it from removed one of the caps to check the bearing and said he retorqued it but I just want to double check that its right. Do you just torque them or check the stretch too.
