Which Head Gasket Is Best For DOHC

As you may have seen in my oil pan post, I'm rebuilding my 01 Cobra DOHC motor. It has the Eagle 301 flat top piston stroker kit (forged), air intake, under drive pulleys, header back exhaust, 4.10 gears, short throw shifter, etc. Before the engine's completion, i will be installed a set of stage 2 comp cams then soon boosting it if not before completion (haven't decided if I want to go roots for awhile then switch to turbo or just wait). My question is, which brand/style head gasket is best. It recently had a top end rebuild with Fel-Pro MLS head gaskets, overheated on occasions and would white smoke. IDK if this is due to the MLS gaskets as ive heard once it overheats the layers are prone to shift/slide and unseal due to the aluminum motor. Im really just looking for a reputable set of gaskets for the whole motor, esp head gaskets, due to the performance asked of them. Thanks for any help provided!

I think whatever brand it comes with from the factory holds up pretty good. 72,000 miles and still no problems.

I am a fan of MLS gaskets...That's whats on my car now, and was on my blown Cobra for 50k miles with no issues.

felpro is fine. They make the ford stock gasket. MMR uses the the ford oem gasket on 30 psi mod motors...
