Burp valve Help!!!


Hi i recentley bought a cobra and the guy who owned it before put water in all the cooling parts and so i need to drain it and i need to know what tool removes the burp valve becasue its too tight for a socket

Vise grips if you can't get it to open with a socket. Just tap it loose don't try to muscle it open.

i already tried the socket and it snaped so i was thinking about trying to heat it up to make it expand and then it should be easier to come off but i dont know what to heat it with and how would vise grips do it?
