The 04 I used to drive had a JLT piece on it. It looked nice, and seemed to fit good. I plan to use the same on my current Cobra. They claim up to 30rwhp, but I've never seen a dyno before and after of JUST a CAI..other mods were always done at the same time.

JLT is prolly gonna be your best bet. I dynoed 434hp and 465tq after a pulley swap. I reverified my tune after JLT cai install and dynoed in at 459hp and 490 ft lbs of torque. So I almost put on 30 hp to the wheels with the cai
however, if yer just lookin at cold air intake without any other mods or tuning I believe you would prolly only see at max a 10 or so hp gain. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. Last edited by whistler19; December 29th, 2010 at 12:51 PM. |

JLT > everything else.
i had one on my 2v motor. cant say much about power, #1 i doubt it did much on that motor and #2 it was on there when i bough the car. but it looked nice/fit nice. i wish i had one for my 4v now. i have the BBK piece on that right now.

first choice is ALWAYS Anderson Power Pipe, second choice is JLT True Cold Air kit, NOT the ram air kit the ram air kit is a hot air intake something that belongs on a honda not a Terminator.
