Exhaust Leak

Yep, while I was clearing snow from under my mach and saw some exhaust gas leaking past the muffler by what looks like a clamp. Ill get some pictures of the area later. Luckily it was cold or I would have never seen it, the exhaust hangs low there and I can hear the carnage when i go over speed bumps which i try to avoid at all costs.

BUT the question I have to you is am i going to have to replace the whole bit, or is there welding, basically my options for this.

I guess it depends on where the clamp is... my exhaust is welded from after the x-pipe flange all the way back... but my headers still leak. with aftermarket exhaust it's almost impossible to get it air tight... those aftermarket flanges arent that great.
And my headers scrape on every speed bump too
