Considering Termi motor swap in GT

I am considering a Termi swap for my 01 GT automatic and Im looking for some details on the swap. What are the costs involved? Will it bolt up to the auto tranny? What all needs to be done to get it from turn key in and turn key out? Thanks for any help in advance.

Fabricate heat exchanger brackets, mount it, run the plumming for the heat exchanger, mount the intercooler pump, run intercooler lines, wire IAT1 and IAT2 sensors up, wire the intercooler pump up, switch to a 03/04 Cobra gas tank, 03/04 cobra mid pipe, I'd imagine you'd have to swap the 03/04 engine harness since I'm sure it's way different than the 2v harness, and probably a bunch of other little things I'm missing.

Yeah the 03/04 cobra needs its own wiring harness and ECU along with the above things to work right.
