Gear question..

I have a 99 cobra and it has 3.27's in the rear right now and i wanna upgrade them. what would be the best way to go 3.55 or 3.73?

between those two id go with 3.73s, 4.10s would probably be a better gear for you though. Link in my sig will let you see what the different gears will do for you.

Depends on what the plans are down the road for the car. Stay N/A then i say 4.10 but with a PA then a higher gear would be needed.

3.73 FTW. Thats what i have and it makes a great difference. its a happy medium not too much acceleration not too little

I had 4.10 in my 99 cobra too much gear for street....too loud from engine noise and you were non stop shifting. I installed 3.55 and love em and pick up 4 mpg
