Mach 1 or Cobra Intake?

I have a chance to get either of these for very cheap from the guy that is trading me bumpers. I read somewhere, think it was corral, that there are some differences between the intake manifolds of these cars but I cant remember what. I also think I read that the mach 1 intake was better than the 99/01 cobra intake but I'm not 100% sure. Which one would you all choose?

mach 1s are better then the 99-01s but if you have the choice get the 96-98s they are the best of the mach 1s or cobras. the mach 1 is around 11hp better then the 99-01 cobras and the 96-98s about 5 more then the mach 1

This is bad information, the 96-98 intake will not fit on 99 and up heads. Also, the Mach intake is worth 2-3rwhp over a 99/01 cobra intake, but not 11hp.

Get the Mach intake, it's a much better casting than the 99/01 cobra intakes.

theres a thread about a mach motor vs a 99-01 cobra motor and a b head cobra motor

i think the mach motor is making 40 more hp by 5k rpm than a b head cobra..

almost the same power rating but its made better and longer than the early 4v's

granted they are better than a 2v but no tumble port or c head motor
