Fuel Pressure Problems

My car was bogging down + having a short issue so i took it to the stealership...

Had a loose connection right out of the fuse box, and they said i was loosing fuel pressure inbetween the tank pump, and my trex pump. Oh...and they wanted $900 to do it...

So i dropped the tank to find out that i have a 95 Cobra Tank instead of a 98...But the good part is the Walbro 255 Pump was only $135. Put the pump in...same problem. So i replaced the fuel filter, even though i could blow through mine...same problem. Any Ideas

Car bogges down when i smash the gas, but is ok keeping it conservative and under 3k rpms or so...

Thank
