96 Cobra manifold vacuum issues

Hi everyone,I am kinda new to this site as far as posting goes, but have looked for info before many times, hopefully it will be as useful as before.

I recently swapped a 1998 Mark 8 motor into my 1996 Mustang GT convertible. I used JC316 guide for doing the swap which was very helpful. But I decided to change the intake manifold from the auto friendly Mark manifold to a stick happy 1996 Cobra manifold.

Now I kinda confused where all of the vacuum hoses and lines go. I have the drivers side PCV hooked up right I think, as well as the IAC with the hose that goes to the intake tube.

So my questions is do the cobra's use a PCV on both valve covers or just one side? My mark 8 valve covers has spots for one on each.

Where does the second little hose on the intake tube go? the one after the IAC?

It would be awesome to have some pics or be sent a link or something so I can see the correct way to do this, ill gladly try to post some pics of the upsidedown way I have it right now if need be.

Thanks -Dan
